Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking any travel services with Safari Lovers. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding contract between you (“you”, “client”, or “traveller”) and Safari Lovers Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). 

1. Company Details

Safari Lovers is a travel agency registered in England and Wales, offering worldwide travel experiences including safaris, guided tours, bespoke travel packages, and tourism-related services. 

2. Scope of Services

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We arrange travel and tourism packages, but do not own or control the actual travel services provided by third parties. 

3. Booking and Payment

• A booking is only confirmed once we issue a written confirmation (email or invoice).
   

• A deposit (typically 20-50%) is required at the time of booking; the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure unless otherwise stated.
   

• Late or non-payment may result in cancellation without refund.
   

4. Pricing and Currency

• Prices are quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise.
   

• Exchange rates, supplier pricing, and availability may cause prices to fluctuate before your booking is confirmed.
   

• Local taxes, resort fees, or entrance charges not included in the package price may apply.
   

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring you meet all visa, passport, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destination.
   

• We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to non-compliance with entry rules.
   

6. Cancellation by You

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
   

• Cancellation fees apply as follows (unless otherwise stated in your specific booking):
   

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
   

• 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
   

• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost
   

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days (where applicable), minus bank charges.
   

7. Changes by You

• Changes to your itinerary after booking may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
   

• Significant changes (e.g., travel date, destination) may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
   

8. Cancellations and Changes by Us or Suppliers

We reserve the right to: 

• Modify or cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics).
   

• Offer alternative arrangements of similar standard or a full refund if we or our suppliers cancel your trip.
   

• We are not liable for additional costs incurred due to changes by airlines or other third parties.
   

9. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. It should cover cancellation, personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and loss of belongings. We are not responsible for any costs resulting from your failure to obtain appropriate insurance. 

10. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.
   

• We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
   

• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.
   

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events outside our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds or credits may be subject to third-party supplier policies. 

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of your return.
   

• We aim to resolve complaints within 28 days.
   

• If you are not satisfied, you may refer your dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider or the UK’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) if applicable.
   

13. Use of Our Website

Use of www.safarilovers.com is subject to our Website Terms of Use and Privacy & Cookie Policies. You agree not to misuse the site, and all information provided must be accurate and not misleading. 

14. Data Protection

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. 

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

16. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
